Our BarConic® Stainless Steel Julep Strainer uses a traditional julep-style strainer face with a bent handle to grip along the back of a shaking tin or mixing glass. This strainer is made of stainless steel, so it will not rust or corrode even after use with fruits or other acidic ingredients. Spoon-shaped strainer fits just inside the rim and angle it so the mixed drink flows through the holes. It aids you in making perfect cocktails every time. It is great at preventing any herbs, pulp, seeds, ice and any other debris from falling into your cocktail and impeding the experience, and its simple to use and easy to clean.
