Delivery arrangement rules All placed orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipment operations are only carried out on weekdays.

Domestic Shipping We deliver all domestic parcels via UPS as of now, and standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.

International Shipping All foreign orders are shipped by means of DHL. The common delivery cycle of international orders is 4-21 business days. Please keep in mind that international delivery may be postponed and time varies a lot due to customs clearance. Preppy Prodigy will not pay for any customs duties or miscellaneous fees produced in international shipping.
